I am the mother  of three beautiful children, whose goal is to get them to eat a little bit healthier.  My goal with this blog is to find “healthier” kid-friendly recipes that kids will actually eat.  I also want these recipes to be not  only “kid-friendly”, but “grown-up” friendly as well.  I am tired of peanut-butter and jelly or macaroni and cheese.  My goal is to get more fresh fruit and vegetables into their diet on a daily basis.  I hope you
